AIITA  centre of Rajpura (Punjab) gets Inaugurated

All India IT Association (AIITA) has inaugurated its new training centre at Speaking Hands Institute (SHI) for the deaf and this inauguration ceremony was attended by AIITA president, Shri Santosh Shukla (Supreme Court, Advocate), Dr. Daljeet Singh Cheema (Education Minister, Punjab), Mr. J.K. Jain (SDM, Rajpura) and others.

RAJPURA: All India IT Association (AIITA) has inaugurated its new training centre at Speaking Hands Institute (SHI) for the deaf and this inauguration ceremony was attended by AIITA president, Shri Santosh Shukla (Supreme Court, Advocate), Dr. Daljeet Singh Cheema (Education Minister, Punjab), Mr. J.K. Jain (SDM, Rajpura), Mr. Parmjit Singh (BDO, Rajpura), Mr. Praveen Chabbra (MC, Rajpura), Mr. Bhupinder Singh (Member Block Samiti, Rajpura) among other programs the trailer of the movie “Silent Hero” Producer by Mr.Kamal for deaf people was also showcased. This was informed by Mrs. Gurmeet Gill of Rajpura AIITA Centre.

What amazed the audience was, that the disabled Children conducted the whole function single handedly. Many other deaf students from Punjab also participated and their main focus was education and empowerment of deaf Girls. The Director of Speaking Hands Mrs. Gurmeet Gill said these children are not dependent on any one and only need encouragement to pave their own way to success. She also said that Speaking Hands is thankful to AIITA for considering it capable for managing the IT centre and for giving these deaf students many more new opportunities to reach the pinnacles of success.

On this occasion, AIITA president Shri Santosh Shukla, Advocate told that AIITA works on various orientation and espousing the cause of IT Education which is the need of the hour. Youth of the country must be encouraged in technical education. Helping through technical education among disabled is praise worthy work by Rajpura AIITA centre.
