Varun Kapoor Completes 200 Workshops on CCA

ADG of Police (Narcotics) of Madhya Pradesh Shri Varun Kapoor, IPS has completed 200 workshops on initiative of Cyber Crime Awareness recently. So far more than 46125 people of 15 states across the country got well trained and aware of cyber crimes and prevention. Shri Kapoor took this self-initiative of awareness among youth Four years back. He studied thoroughly and determined to make aware students and youth initially.

 

More than 46125 people got trained from 15 states of the country

INDORE: Additional Director General of Police (Narcotics) of Madhya Pradesh Shri Varun Kapoor, IPS has completed 200 workshops on initiative of Cyber Crime Awareness recently.  So far more than 46125 people of 15 states across the country got well trained and aware of cyber crimes and prevention. Shri Kapoor took this self-initiative of awareness among youth Four years back. He studied thoroughly and determined to make aware students and youth initially. To materialize his training project, he trained his own team members of Police Radio Training School (PRTS). His first workshop was started on 26 November 2013 comprising 100 students. According to Shri Kapoor, the training has been divided into four parts as Sandesh (for school children). Sankalp (for students of college), Samadhan (for people of organizations) and 'Sahyog', (for Government officials and big institutes). A workshop of three hours deals with details of Cyber Crimes, Cyber Space, Prevention and Awareness. Shri Kapoor says that awareness is an important step to prevent any crime. Each of his workshops gives five basic tips to as be aware and ready to be secure in real and virtual world. Don't get shortcut and avoid greed. Think before doing anything and get yourself informed. The final tip is that don't believe blindly. On the completion of 200 workshops of Shri Varun Kapoor, Shri Santosh Shukla, Supreme Court, Advocate (President All India IT Association) congratulated him.
