In addition to continue his centre, the centre head simultaneously extend his services as an External Examiner also in his area. With this policy, the center head can always save the expense uncured by hiring an external examiner.

Inform the Alma Headquarter about the schedule dates of Examinations at least 45 days before conducting the examination with:-

  1.     List of the students to be appeared in the examination mentioning enrollment numbers, names, course and duration
  2.     Number of External Examiners required with dates, time and venues.
  3.     Question Papers required.
  4.     Number of answer books required.
