On expressing views about leader and leadership, Dr. Kalam told that Madhya Pradesh is dynamic state with natural and intellectual resources. We need to enhance Productivity, Health, Education and Infrastructure sectors through right leadership along with providing opportunities to youth.Youth must be given proper opportunities to surface out their talents. On failure and depression among youth, Dr. Kalam Inspired people to face such things with positive thinking and self confidence qualities.

 Indore: The Leadership is essential for growth and sustainable development of any Nation and Leaders could pave the right direction of the nation to get integrity and prosperity. Leaders must have vision to lead the people of the country. This energetic view were express by former president Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam on the occasion of Indore Management Associations (IMA) function recently held here.

 On expressing views about leader and leadership, Dr. Kalam told that Madhya Pradesh is dynamic state with natural and intellectual resources. We need to enhance Productivity, Health, Education and Infrastructure sectors through right leadership along with providing opportunities to youth.

 Youth power is real wealth of our country. 600 million youth of India can bring dynamic and positive change for growth of the country. IT sector is now full of potential. More than 5 lacs directly and 5 lacs indirectly opportunities could change the scenario of our nation.

 Youth must be given proper opportunities to surface out their talents. On failure and depression among youth, Dr. Kalam Inspired people to face such things with positive thinking and self confidence qualities. Challenges and problems would also there to face, but it is our determination and confidence to overcome them.

 There were more than two hundred personalities inspired by Dr. Kalam’s speech and the pledge that took by people during his visit. During a few light vain moments, Dr. Dilip N Pandit of Alma Times Editor took opportunities to share them with Dr. Abdul Kalam.
